Last-minute Vietnam eVisa — what is actually available?
Standard (Normal) handling is within 5 business days on our service. There is no guaranteed same-hour government approval. Processing times vary with immigration workload, holidays, and how complete your documents are.
Optional faster handling (our service)
We offer two paid urgency tiers at apply—only when your arrival date allows them:
- Urgent (3 days) — +$110 per passenger
- Super Urgent (1 day) — +$220 per passenger
These fees cover faster application preparation and submission on our side. Government approval time still depends on Vietnamese immigration.

- Normal (5 days): Within 5 business days (included in standard flow)
- Delays: Incomplete applications, missing documents, or peak volume can take longer
What if I need a visa urgently?
- Apply immediately with correct passport, photo, and itinerary
- Select the fastest tier your arrival date unlocks (Super Urgent when only 1–3 days remain)
- Contact support after submitting with your reference number and travel date
- Monitor email (including spam) for approval or requests for more information

Alternatives for last-minute travelers
- Visa on arrival: Available for some nationalities—check eligibility before travel
- Embassy application: Some Vietnamese embassies may offer faster processing for emergencies
- Change travel dates: If possible, delay your trip until your eVisa is approved

- Email support with your reference number and proof of urgent travel
