1. Authorities review passport data and uploads.
2. Email arrives with approval or a request to fix issues.
3. You download and print the PDF before airline check-in.

The website may stay online during weekends and Vietnamese public holidays (especially Tet), but human review can still slow down.

Tracking your application status

Keep your reference number and the email used on the form. If a portal offers status lookup, use the same surname spelling as on the passport. Save payment confirmation in case support needs it.

If approval has not arrived

1. Check spam/junk folders.
2. Verify payment succeeded (no duplicate charges without a reference).
3. Confirm passport six-month validity beyond arrival.
4. Avoid non-refundable hotels until you hold the PDF.
5. Contact support with reference number—do not submit duplicate paid applications unless advised.
