Overview: Family & Group eVisa Applications
Vietnam welcomes families and groups! The eVisa system allows you to apply for up to 15 travelers in a single group application. This is ideal for families, friends, tour groups, or business delegations. Each traveler (including infants and children) must have their own eVisa, but you can submit all applications together for convenience and a single payment.
Important: Children also need visa applications. Families or groups can apply for up to 15 passengers in a single application.
Who Can Apply Together?
- Immediate Family: Parents, children, spouses, legal guardians
- Extended Family: Grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins (if traveling together)
- Tour Groups: Friends, school trips, sports teams, religious groups
- Business Delegations: Employees or associates attending conferences or meetings
Note: All travelers must be on the same itinerary and travel dates. Maximum: 15 travelers per group application. For more than 15, submit multiple group applications.
Step-by-Step Guide: Group Application (Up to 15 Travelers)
- Gather Information:
- Full names, passport details, birth dates, and contact info for all travelers
- Relationship to group leader (e.g., parent, child, friend)
- Prepare Documents:
- Valid passport (6+ months from arrival) for each traveler
- Recent passport photo for each traveler
- Birth certificates for minors (if required)
